As with most homes of the era, this kitchen was closed in and provided only enough room for one person at a time in the work zone. After investigating several potential new layouts we ended up opening the wall between the dining room and closing off a pass-thru which allowed for much better function and the layout this client desired most. Seating was placed within the kitchen but disconnected enough to allow the chef the space required to prepare a fabulous meal.
